Anybody here from the state of Washington applying to the Jerome Fisher Program? I'm curious to see how many there are from my state.

I’m applying too, but I probably have .01% chance of getting in. However, I think I have a decent shot at wharton ED. Does applying m&t and getting rejected help my chances for wharton?

@haloshots I don’t think anyone knows for sure. It definitely doesn’t hurt your chances, but some people have said that a few Wharton & SEAS only adcoms sit in on some of the M&T decisions and may go after an applicant that sounds appealing. Although I’ve never seen any real corroborating evidence.

I don’t think getting rejected helps. I heard during my tour that they are by different people/building…

You do get a second look but no, your chances of getting into wharton specifically do not change whether you applied to m&t or not.

Do you get a second look in the early admissions process if you decide not to defer to Wharton/SEAS ED?
