<p>I applied in time for merit scholarship consideration and have yet to hear about being a finalist. Has anyone heard yet?</p>

<p>I haven’t gotten a letter/email either (I’m not sure what they’re sending this year?).<br>
Also, I live on the west coast so I’d assume letters would get here sooner than to the east coast… where are you?</p>
<p>I live in Southern CA. I’m wondering why they haven’t been sent out yet… last year the girls were notified by the 5th.</p>
<p>Spoke with admission officer today at Scripps and she indicated that emails would go out sometime “mid January” for merit finalists. She seem to indicate that there have been lots of changes going on at Scripps and encouraged patience.</p>
<p>I got mine about 3 days ago! I’m a finalist :)</p>
