Hello,
I am currently in a Jesuit high school and want to know if Jesuit universiites such as Georgetown, BC, Notre Dame, et cetera take preference for students in Jesuit high schools.
If anyone has gone to a Jesuit HS, I would appreciate your feedback...
I am currently a soph with a 90 flat average in all honors and AP if this makes any difference.
Thank you!

Yes, there is an advantage at Georgetown for individuals applying from Jesuit high schools. With that being said, the students applying from Jesuit high schools tend to be among the best in their classes, but certainly the admissions office and admissions committees look favorably on the Jesuit high schools. BTW, Notre Dame is NOT Jesuit.

Check out the class profile for 2011 as it has quite a few stats including admits from various types of high schools. The link is:

Thanks for the responses!

^^ I forgot that ND is not Jesuit… but it is a very good Catholic institution.
