Jets teams

so who here has done JETS TEAMS? Isn't it the most bs competition? I mean, our team didn't prepare AT ALL, our school NEVER PREPARES. and we always get 1st place by guessing randomly. (this year we got like 40 out of 80 questions LOL) and we qualified for nationals.
we beat a bunch of poor people from poor schools and got 1st place regionally.

LOL.That sounded mean.

LOLOLOL yay JETS LOLOLOLLLLL

Lol, yep.

Our school got 4th place.

boo yah we got 2nd place in the state, in our division. hopefully we are nationally ranked,

yes, jets was kind of annoying but kind of fun, we got 3rd i think

I’ve never even heard of this. What is it?

it’s an engineering contest where they have you solve silly problems

we beat a bunch of poor people from poor schools and got 1st place regionally.

That’s kinda sad…

We didn’t prepare at all and got 1st in our division. Our teacher talked to the “coach” of another team and he said they prepare for a couple hours a week before school. But we beat em.

we beat private schools that cost 30000 to attend yet we go to a public school
we also beat poor schools
so…we basically beat everyone

^ we pWnEd them

Why does it matter whether you beat a private school or a poor school? You make the contest seem so shallow. It’s actually a decent replication of an freshman-level engineering test at the college level.

National Rankings should be out by the end of this month. Good luck to everyone!

Highly recommended if you’re interested in engineering–fun problems.

Dude 40/80 is not very good…

hahaha lol this reminds me…our team was scratched together at the last moment from people who really didn’t want to do it, and somehow ended up beating private schools with JETS pants, boots, jackets, and all.

Although our score was something around 40/80 too though lol. It sucked, but we got 1st regionally.

Our school got ranked nationally in the top 5 with about 3 practices after school. We got about a 68/80 on the multiple choice. Idk how they scored our essays.

My team my sophomore year was ranked 2nd nationally.

That’s great! It was also my sophomore year last year when we got the national ranking.
