Would being Jewish help me with acceptance into Wake Forest. My gpa is slightly below average and I wanted to know if it could be the hook that gets me in.

I don’t believe so. Maybe before WF grew its Jewish student presence. Probably not now. It’s 7% or so per Hillel.
I have no idea if being Jewish will get you in…Clarinet, I am not sure 7% is that high. If you read and studied some past trends, Vandy, Elon, and USC(ca) all made big efforts to increase their jewish acceptance rates and rankings followed. They all seemed to get to at least 15%. I am not sure if Wake will go that far, but 7% is small by many highly rated schools numbers…just saying…
