JHU has P/F first semester. Where else has this?

<p>So Johns Hopkins Univ. has Pass/Fail for the entire first semester, required for all incoming freshman. I think there are some places where you can elect this ... but, are there any other universities that have this required for all freshman or is that unique to JHU? Thx.</p>

<p>I believe MIT is p/f first semester and Caltech is p/f for the first year.</p>

<p>Caltech is pass/fail for the first two terms (there are three terms, so that’s not the whole year).</p>
