Which undergraduate program provides a better IR program?

Both schools are criticized for their pre-professional feel, is this an accurate characterizations?

Which school has a better foreign language program (Arabic especially)?

Is JHU too pre-med?

Thanks

SAIS is a graduate school. Therefore, SFS wins.

My bad, I thought SAIS was both under & grad.

For undergrad, which school is better for IR?

I am partial, but I second the recommendation of Georgetown over Hopkins.

On the other hand, Hopkins is the better school overall, so if you are hesitant about your major, it may be easier to switch out there.

The pre-med program at Hopkins is renowned and difficult. JHU overall has a intellectual and hard-working vibe, but you should visit to judge for yourself.

Gtown, meanwhile, has a large contingent of pre-law students, but I wouldn’t think that it is a particularly strong identity. In fact, I doubt you’ll notice much, especially since SFS is separate from the College.

In any case, good luck! You may want to look into Columbia, GWU, and Tufts.

How does Columbia’s IR compare?
