Job interview with Public Defender's office, need help

I am a recent college graduate, and I have an interview tomorrow with the Public Defender's office (as an investigator) and need some help.

I meet most of the things that the job prefers and/or requires such as knowledge of legal terminology, multi-tasking, was involved in Mock Trial team, Volunteer Assistant Instructor of Spanish (am not fluent).

I got a job interview, but the job description also states that being bilingual is preferred and I may have got the interview because they think that. However, I only know spanish phrases, so how would I explain that I am not fluent? And how much would this hurt my chances of getting the job? Any tips to overcome this?

Also, I have no real job experience, I have only volunteered and been involved with school activities, etc.
