I'm trying to figure out what I would like to major in by taking into account the kinds of jobs available to specific majors. For example, where could I go with a major in finance?</p>

<p>As far as international business, the reason people laugh is that international business is generally mostly successful as a major if you double major in a different technical major like accounting, finance, marketing, management, operations research, logistics, or computer science. International business itself is too broad (as a major) otherwise.</p>
