<p>I'm an incoming Freshman and was going to move to Berkeley over the summer to get a feel for the area and decide where I'd like to live. I was wondering if anyone had some feedback on the job opportunities (minimum wage stuff) in the area and if they are easy enough and plentiful enough to find for a newcomer in the area start June... </p>

<p>I have a slightly different question on jobs. What jobs are available on campus for those without work study? By the way I have heard that cafeteria jobs are available. Anything else?</p>
<p>none. it’s almost impossible to find a job on campus without work study. restaurants usually hire and cafeteria does too ur right. i’d say go for the cafeteria thing cuz restaurants are a rip off sometimes</p>
