Princeton classrooms are loaded with older people. Empty nesters from the Princeton area love to audit classes, and they flock to lectures in droves.

What happens to Princeton if Joey transfers to Harvard? He is, after all, a "perfect transfer student" as you wrote<<

I think the chances of this are extremely low. He's not going to a community college - he's going to Princeton. Like all the other kids who wanted to go to one top school but ended up at another, he will LOVE Princeton before the end of his freshman year. It will be "Harvard who?"

And this is no knock on Harvard. It would work exactly the same way the other way around. Someone rejected from Princeton who "settles" for Harvard will end up loving Harvard so much they they will forget all about Princeton.

yea

hypsm are the same... so it's stupid ppl fight about it

I wonder what he'll write his mandatory thesis on. Skating, you think?

He'll be 31 when he graduates...

rivers cuomo of weezer graduates from harvard in june. he's 36.

Back in the day, with Freddie still at the helm, they were still seeking the "Princeton Type" weren't they, and eschewing the "green-haired people"?

harvard evidently didn't consider cuomo an "ideal transfer student," despite his being older than cheek at the time of his application.

princeton has joey cheek, bill frist's son and a bunch of other famous peeps

who else?

lauren bush, hilfiger model and niece of GW.

laura breckenridge, of the WB's "related" and other projects.

wow... any others currently attending or will be attending?

Yeah, I'm curious!

Wow. I knew Frist donated the Frist center, but I didn't know his son was attending. Will he be in the class of 2010, or is he currently attending?

If anyone knows of other 'famous' Class of 2010 students, please post!! Thanks in advance! :)

Wow. I knew Frist donated the Frist center, but I didn't know his son was attending.<<

I would have been surprised if he didn't. Frist has been a prominent name a Princeton for several generations -- like Bush at Yale or Kennedy at Harvard.

of course, john f. kennedy started at princeton...

Cool. Does anyone know of other (current) famous Princeton students?

bill frist's son is going to be a freshman next year

That's awesome. I doubt he'll want anything to do with someone of my humble background though. But who knows. What's he like?

For me, just the thought of being around people like him makes school exciting! I'm especially excited to meet Joey Cheek!

Oh, I heard from someone at school that the Steeler's coach's daughter will be a freshman next year. Is this true?

What other 'famous' students will be in the class of '10?

back to joey cheek:

Cheek, 26, said he chose Princeton over Stanford University "because it had the right feel for me after talking to professors and students there."

Cheek has been in demand as a speaker for companies and organizations since returning from the Olympics. He said he chose Princeton in part because its New Jersey campus is near several major airports.

Cheek said he could see himself "going to class on Wednesday morning, catching a flight out West for a speech and taking the red-eye back home for Thursday morning classes."

...and one you and yours now know well, i should think.

You don't think to sharply, scottie.

"to sharply"?
