<p>Dear <strong><em>,
<em>**This message contains information for all applicants about the decision release process. You may have already received a similar message from the Office of Student Financial Services; if you have already accessed your account, you do not need to register again. Just be sure that you have your ID and password set up correctly. </em>
This email contains instructions for logging into the Johns Hopkins University Integrated Student Information System (ISIS). You will need your ISIS log-in information to access your admissions decision when it is available; logging into ISIS also allows you to view the status of your financial aid application and the requirements that are complete or incomplete. Admissions decisions will be released on Thursday, March 28, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Please follow the steps below now to check the status of your financial aid requirements (if applicable) and to ensure that you will be able to access your decision once it has been released.
The Johns Hopkins University is committed to safeguarding the privacy of students and their personal information. In an ongoing effort to eliminate Social Security numbers from correspondence, the offices of Undergraduate Admissions and Student Financial Services will use the following unique identification number, called an ISIS ID:
ISIS ID: </em></strong>__
Use your ISIS ID and follow the instructions below to access ISIS online. You should do this now so that you will be set up to view your admissions decision when it is available.
Establish your password:
- Go to the new ISIS User webpage at: <a href=âAccount Creation - SIS - Johns Hopkins Universityâ>Account Creation - SIS - Johns Hopkins University;
- Enter your ISIS ID and click âContinue.â
- Confirm your identity by providing the data requested (i.e. Date of Birth, Zip Code)
- Create your password.
Sign-on to ISIS: - Using your ISIS ID and the password that you just established, go to: <a href=âhttps://isis.jhu.edu/â>https://isis.jhu.edu/</a>
- In the JHED ID field, type your ISIS ID.
- In the Password field, type your ISIS password.
- Click Login.
Your ISIS ID is confidential and you should keep it in a safe place. If you lose or forget your ISIS ID, visit: <a href=âhttps://isis.jhu.edu/sswf/SYS/Password/SYS_ForgotPassword.aspxâ>https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf/SYS/Password/SYS_ForgotPassword.aspx</a>.
Once you have logged into ISIS, you can set up another person (a parent, for example) as an authorized user of your financial aid account. Instructions are located under the Personal Info tab. You should not share your login information with any other person. Your authorized user will have his/her own login and password to view your account.
On March 28th, you will receive an e-mail that your decision is available and you can follow a link to the decision site. Once you reach the admissions decision site, you can log in using your ISIS ID and password to view your decision and follow any pertinent instructions. If you are a financial aid applicant, you will also be able to view your financial aid award.

<p>HEY GUYS!! I just figured something out. If you got the Fin Aid email about setting up an account they arenât going to send you the decision release email, because if you login they have a notice that tells you it will be March 28th at 5pm.</p>
<p>
that would be awesomeâŠbut Iâm pretty sure I wonât get accepted. Good luck to your son though! :)</p>
<p>ZombieDante, thanks for the information!</p>
<p>Yeah, I got one of those emails (the one about logging in). Hope that doesnât have any predictive validity on admissions decision. :/</p>
<p>Oddly enough I just got it today as well. Iâm almost positive it has no beating on your admissions decision.</p>
<p>@Biocellar I got accepted to WUSTL engineering, I hope JHU BME also sends the same decision⊠Fingers crossed!</p>
<p>@iozsan, Congrats on WUSTL ! We visit in mid-April. Where do you live? We are in Princeton, NJ. Everything will be a lot clearer in 15 days. My son still has to hear from 2 Ivies, JHU and Duke. It will either be very easy or a very difficult decision<br>
Good luck everyone !</p>
<p>I canât wait until decisions come out so I can see my rejection letter!! </p>
