Johns Hopkins Fall 2017 Transfers

Did everyone get your pins?

@amoore001 I think when they look for students that have had positive influences on their communities, you fit the mold 100%. You not only saw a need for a tutoring program at your school, but were able to act to bring that idea into being. Having helped in the drafting of an active piece of legislation is no small feat to boot. Grades are indeed an important piece of the process, but they are not the be all end all in regards to the final decision. How you present yourself in the essays is just as important, and it looks like with your oratory skills, that won’t be a problem. I wish you the best of luck come Monday!

Tomorrows the day, so incredibly nervous

Good luck everyone!!

I can die peacefully when I get in lol

@MysteriousDude “…when…” a bit confident there ahahh

so nervous. What’s the transfer acceptance rate?

I think less than 10%?

damn

It’s around 10% according to their website. It tends to be slightly higher though, seen the Common Data Sets.

ugggghhhh I have a final at 3 and it is killing me that i wont know my decision until 5

1 hour

Ahhhhh idk why im still nervous about this decision :frowning:

@VaishS How many of the same threads are we in? lol

casually sitting in the sidelines, despite not having applied, only to watch as @VaishS receives yet another acceptance <3

@808guy hahaha probs all. Good luck!!!

@AGoodFloridian awww this made me smile. But tbh I kinda hope I don’t get accepted and it goes to someone who needs it
I wouldn’t pick JHU over Penn.

Hehehe wanna watch me fail my Ochem final today? :stuck_out_tongue:

I told myself I’d treat myself with some fast food if I get in. Probably I’ll eat junk anyway: pity food or celebratory food haha. I don’t care anymore at this point. I just wanna have some peace of mind and know it.

Waitlisted, awk lol

Accepted!
