Johns Hopkins Pre-Med

** Disclaimer: yes, I do have a similar post about Cornell - I am just trying to get perspectives on different schools since visiting in person is limited. I appreciate all comments**

How exactly is the pre-med culture at JHU? I know there are many pre-meds at JHU, but are the science courses notoriously graded on a harsh curve? I will be applying as a Peabody dual degree major (first year at Peabody and the next four are integrated) and so my second degree will be in the sciences. Just wanted to hear any and all perspectives on the science courses at JHU and are the curves/grade deflation truly as bad as people talk about? Are people really as cutthroat as everyone says?

This is the Cornell forum. Not sure you will get many replies about JHU here.
