Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Boston College, Villanova

I am just wondering if these classes seem "rigorous" enough for these schools in order to get admitted

Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Boston College, Villanova, Univ. of Virginia

Junior:

Senior:

By the way, all AP classes are part of UCONN, so for example, I recieve 8 UCONN Credits for AP Bio, on a transcript, and 3 for AP Spanish.

The rigor is there, but the key is obviously going to be the grades. You’re going to need a 3.85+ GPA to be competitive.

Thanks, I am just a Sophomore now, but last year I had a 3.83, and now I have a 4.0

Good - keep up those grades and build up some ECs and you should be fine.

yeah these classes sound pretty solid, and i got into BC, with a lot of similar classes, if that makes you feel better =]

keep your gpa up, but it isn’t everything. i got into both bc’s and villanova’s honors programs with a 3.6… didn’t apply to tufts or john hopkins.

Senior Year Change:

Senior:
AP Spanish 6
AP Calculus
AP Chemistry
Honors Physics
Honors English 4
AP Psychology
American Government
Art/Music Elective
AP Statistics

please chance!!!

I obviously can’t chance since there’s more to that than the schedule, but that’s a very solid schedule! Now all you need are the good grades. (;

[Chance me?](<a href=“http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/879429-chance-me.html"]Chance”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/879429-chance-me.html)

freshman gpa: 3.83
Sophomore gpa: 4.0
PSAT: 1250/1820

Your GPA will be fine for all of the schools if you just keep it up.
However, though, you will need to raise ur SAT score… around 2200 and solid EC’s ought to secure you for these schools.

thanks, any more?

thanks, any more?

Keep the grades up, and try as hard as possible to keep above a 3.8. Are any more AP classes available? I think that would help.

yeah, there are, I will probably add AP Psychology also
