<p>Taking Math I and Math II is a waste of money because Math II IS Math I + some new concepts. So you’ll basically be taking the same thing twice. You should only take Math I if you haven’t taken pre-calc yet, otherwise take Math II.</p>

<p>hi-i’m applying to JHU this year for ED, and wanted to know a bit on the Why Major essay-is it a part of the JHU application this year? I want to apply for life sciences (undergrad). Am currently in grade 12, Bangladesh-but am a Canadian citizen.<br>

i have a 2000-2100 in SAT 1, but am working on boosting that in my second try hopefully! </p>

<p>Am in the top 20% of the country in AS Level results (british curriculum) with all As in my AS exams-though my marks aren’t that stellar. I have full marks in math, but around 91% in Physics, 84% in Chem, and 81% in Bio. </p>

<p>O level results were all 9 A*s. </p>

<p>I have some nice ECAs-considering the opportunities available in the country! </p>
