Johnson (Chem6a) or Stevens (Math20a)??

From what I've heard, both Stevens and Johnson are the best professors to take, but they both have lectures on the same day and same time. Which would be best to sacrifice for the other?
Should I take Chem 6a with Johnson and take Math 20A with Rhoades? or Chem 6a with Hoeger and Math 20A with Stevens?

You can’t go wrong with Johnson or Hoeger. I’d take the better math prof :)

Also to note: don’t get too attached to a schedule before you enroll!

Do schedules tend to become far different than anticipated?

It just depends on how enrollment goes. The section with the time or the professor that you want might fill up before you have a chance to enroll. It’s always nice to have a backup plan, especially if your time is towards the later end of enrollment period. When I enrolled as a freshman, I got all of the classes that I wanted, but you never know.

they are both awesome! i’d say take stevens because it is hard to find really great math teachers (imo) but like what the other poster said, you can’t go wrong with hoeger too
