bump..........

come on i really need help....

Here goes, keep in mind no one can really predict this. I am being conservative:
rutgers-match
penn state (university park)-match/maybe reach
u delaware-match/maybe reach
u conn-match
tcnj-match/maybe reach
syracuse-match/maybe reach
u miami (fl)-reach
u rhode island-safety
muhlenberg-match/maybe reach
Suny-Binghamton-match/maybe reach
U Mass- Amherst-safety
franklin and marshall-reach
george washington-reach
nyu-big reach

thanks for the help fish... i thought nyu and gw would be my only reaches... guess i am wrong..... any1 has input

I'm fairly certain UM and F&M are reaches. I think that all others are very attainable for you. I said maybe reach for some to avoid getting your hopes up just in case SAT/essays/recs don't work out well.

i don't know why people are saying UM would be a reach for you... ?
my friend was accepted to UM with a low [very...very low] SAT score of barely 1000. she has a weighted GPA of 4.3, unweighted about 3.5. her ECs were great.
UM i would personally say for you is a match unless they are more competitive for out-of-staters, which appears to be the reason why others are saying reach.

errr.... then again maybe the fact that she is a) a florida resident (literally lives right down the street from the campus) and b) her dad works there may explain it... however her sister applied and did not get in, so hmm.

proof that many factors go into consideration in the process.
in any case, good luck. :)

i am a nj resident but on the u miami site it says that it doesnt matter what state you are from

any1 else wanna lend their 2 cents

Despite what they say, UM gives great prefrence to in state students.

yea i know that

TCNJ will certainly be harder for you, because its very competitive for in-staters becasue of the low cost of attendance. However, your stats look good and with a solid essay, recs, and SATs you'll be ok. Try to make yourself stand out for TCNJ though because they see so many in-state apps, I think they are more discriminating.

bump..........

Bump Bump Bump

bump.................

bump please.

the only one i know is Penn State (University Park)

Your in, Everyone gets in, its easy lol, (apply early since its rolling admissions)

thanks alot
