(My SATS were 1360/1600 1990/2400 with 760 US SAT2 and 720 Bio SAT2 but I do not intend to send them unless I break 1450/1600 in October).
Please Chance with the 31 ACT

Your grades look strong but what's your class rank? For now, I will assume you are just in the top 10% (that's a rough estimate). Your ECs are a nice addition though not spectacular. A 31 ACT is decent for the schools you are applying to. Also, you have a great college list to be perfectly honest. I'm assuming you live in NY.
As for each school in particuar:
Brandeis (prob ed)-well with ED I say you are in and I don't have to do the other chances
Tufts-Low Reach
Cornell ALS school-Low Reach
Colgate-Match
Hamilton-Don't know the school
Union-Safety
Trinity-Low Match
Umich-High Match
UW madison-Match
Conn College-Safety
Suny Bing-Safety
NYU-Match

are you going to play tennis in college?

Probably not since I am a bit tired of it and would rather focus on my grades,
+ at some of the bigger schools I would not be good enough.

To give a bit more info...
I am estimating that I am very close to top 10%... could go either way.
(Lets say i'm 11%, would schools see that or just see top 25%)
I plan to get A's for first semester of Sr year and plan on getting over a 1450/1600 superscored on my october sats.
