<p>acceptance to the prep school is definitely something to be proud of. It also does a great job of preparing your for USMA</p>

<p>Ranger: a couple obvious points:
1. You really do need to improve your writing, spelling and typing skills - work on it - really, it's important.
2. Take the toughest courses (honors, AP) you can stand, especially math & science
3. Get involved in something outside of academics and become a leader
4. If there are HS military training programs, summer programs, etc. sign up for them.
Ranger: You have the time to pull together a good package by starting early like this! Keep reading these forum posts and learn, then do! Best wishes and good studying!</p>
