Judge my chances of getting into college? GPA 3.2 ACT 33 SAT 2140

Background:
I am a white female senior attending an upper middle class high school. I have a 3.2 GPA, 33 ACT score, and 2140 SAT score. I was varsity track for 3 years, participated in girl scouts and choir since 4th grade, write articles for the school newpaper, and manage the social media accounts for a small fashion boutique in my town.
Questions:
What colleges would you recommend for me as a good fit?
Do I have a chance at getting into the University of Southern California or Boston College?

Any feedback is appreciated. Please don't be unnecessarily negative. Thank you!

Great test scores, but the GPA will cripple your chances at schools like that. Move down the ranking to find schools that will be very interested in your test scores - there may even be some merit money out there at schools who wish to bring in high scoring students to boost their average test scores.

Knew someone with nearly your scores (lower GPA, higher ACT) a few years ago who had no trouble getting in a school like Chapman U. after getting rejected from high level schools. Not saying USC and BC are totally out of the picture, but I’d have a backup plan on the Chapman level. Your GC should also have some good suggestions.

Thank you, that was very helpful
