If u could judge my chances at getting into engineering and/or give me some suggestions on an action plan to increase my chances i would be very thankful.

Early Decision?

Is there an extracurricular activity that you are very compassionate about or you are very involved in? Think about leadership roles and positions. Scout out leadership positions not because leadership is what JHU is looking for, but because having leadership potential makes you a positive and responsible individual overall.

You're fine. Just make sure not to type in lamer on your application ("u", "plz").

GPA is a little bit lower than I'm used to seeing. Lots of breadth in EC but any depth? Like Phead asks, any leadership roles or something that you spend a majority of your time at?

Boost ur SAT I--ur SAT IIs seem fine though, and you might want to take another to really pad your application. Then again, I got into JHU with horrible SAT IIs--690 U.S. Hist, 730 Math Lvl 1, and 600 French Lang.
