If u could judge my chances at getting into engineering and/or give me some suggestions on an action plan to increase my chances i would be very thankful.

judging your stats with my stats, I dont think there should be a problem.
But difference i was IB and in-state, and I dont know how much that played into the decision process.

You look fine to me. Take the SAT 1 again if you can and try to bring up that writing score, the other two look great. They only consider your highest scores. Also take the ACT if it's available.

Your courses and ECs look great too.

You will be in 100%. Try President's Scholarship Program, submits application
by October 31,2007.

hey, you'll probably get in. Georgia Tech is obsessed with SATs so you will probably get in cuz yours are good. there is no difference with majors in acceptance, they all have equal chances. also Tech loves out of state students.
