I Was Suspended From My University Towards The End Of My Fall 2010 Semester Two Weeks Before Finals Because Of A Physical Involvement (Fighting) I Was The Only One Suspended Throughout The Whole Entire Process, The Opposite Party Faced Absolutely No Punishment. I Plan On Pressing Charges Against The University Because They Were Extremely Unfair During The "Judicial Hearing"

Anyway The Real Question Is

I Am Trying To Transfer To Another University Next Semester. Can Badly Can This Affect Me. Or Will It Not Affect Me At All?

Another Question:

How Likely Is It For Me To Be Able To Take Out A Loan To Cover For This Past Semester So They Can Lose Custody Of My Transcript So I Can Be Able To Transfer To Another University.

My GPA Would've Been Above A 3.0 . I Was Treated Extremely Unfair Throughtout The Whole Process. Any Type Of Help && Suggestions Advice && Concerns Will Be Appreciated. I Am A Student Who Is Facing Diffculty In Every Aspect Or Her Education Financially.

You are kicked out of one college for fightlng and are wondering whether this will adversely affect your chances of getting into another college? Of course it will. There are very few colleges that won’t care whether or not their students settle matters with violence.

I disagree with this assertion strongly. There’s no benefit to capitalizing the first letter of every word you type, and it is distracting. I think that if you know the conventions of standard written English, and you want people to focus on the content of your writing instead of its idiosyncratic format, then you should follow those conventions.

Anybody else want a turn with my soapbox? I’m finished with it for now.

Some text messaging programs do this. It’s annoying, but the alternative may be no capital letters at all.

re: Legal and academic situations

The OP needs to speak with a lawyer about his/her specific options. And he/she needs to speak with the admissions staff at the possible transfer-to college/university about applying. As a back-up he/she should also speak with the admissions staff at the community college closest to his/her place of residence.

I believe the attitude you display both in your initial post and in your responses to posters trying to help is the real issue here. You do not appear to be taking any responsibility for your part in the fight (only that the other party was not disciplined) and refuse to change your typing so other posters can read it more easily. No one will be able to help you with this issue until you take responsibility for what happened and discuss it further with your university.
Sikorsky, I will happily take up your soap box.
