Okay so I PROMISED myself I wouldn't let this happen this semsester.

Of course, we all know how it goes: I have three classes that are currently at 88-89's meaning that my final exam grades will literally MAKE or BREAK these grades...

See if it was a solid B, then I guess I'd be like ok - I can't do much, but right now I still have a chance of getting an A...so the pressure is on..

Everytime I think about this my head hurts! Ahhh

Don’t sweat it. Every end of the semesters, my grades come down to the Final, which makes or breaks my A. I don’t study for any of them, but I still get the A.

I juggle grades in so many classes. In US Hist I never study and make around a b average. Fortunately, my teacher offers a ridiculous amount of extra credit. My grade went from a B to an A+, and that’s what I got for the semester with a 90 on the exam. I don’t even try in that class… However, last 9 weeks I only made a 94 (94 is borderline A/b+), and the exam I took today… I don’t think I did so good. So, I may have a B+ or do some EC for an A. I am hopping I don’t need to do it though. This 9 weeks I’ve archived an A with no EC.

In German class I am always borderline, and my teacher is so random with grading. The same goes with one of my electives.

It gets pretty stressful towards the end of the semester and 9 weeks doesn’t it, lol?

Ughh, I have to juggle my chem and algebra grades. My algebra grade is hovering around 85 for the whole year, and I need an 85 to go into advanced, and we just started having random homeworks count as quizzes, which doesn’t help. Also, I need a 97 for this term for chemistry in order to get a 90 overall, which I highly doubt I can, because she also started grading homeworks and we also have very random tests in class. Soo close to summer!

Ahh, in my school it doesn’t matter what sort of letter grade yo have. If you have 104% or 89.5%, the grades still work out the same way. For exam calculations all A’s are treated as 4’s, all B’s as 3’s and so on. So if you have B’s for both 3rd and 4th quarter there is no way to get an A for the semester even if both B’s were 89.4% and you get 100% on the test. So you can be happy that at least your school gives you the chance!
