Hello, I’ve heard Julliard has a very low acceptance rate and Curtis even lower. What would be my chances to get into either one? I’m a viola player and study at Julliard Precollege currently.
How are people supposed to chance you based on this post?
I don’t think anyone can know unless we hear you play… but since you’re in Juilliard Precollege, you could have an advantage at least at juilliard. Also, I’ve heard viola is less competitive than some other instruments at both institutions.
Keep in mind art school admissions are extremely subjective so any “chances” from someone on the internet are crapshoots.
