<p>This summer I attended the Davidson July Experience. Davidson is my top school and I plan to apply early decision this fall. Does my participation in this academic summer program help my chances of getting in? Has anyone been to JE on these forums and has it helped them to get into Davidson or other schools? </p>

<p>I can’t day for certain if attending the July Experience will get you into DC, but we found that they certainly like the kids who make themselves known–the kids who visit frequently, email Admissions and ask all of their questions, do the overnight visits, and so on. Whe we went for our final campus visit with our D, and they knew her by name (seriously, it was great!) because we had visited 4 times, we started to get a little excited that she may really get in. D did early decision, and got in, and loves it, hard work and all. Good luck to you!!</p>
