Jumping right in to physics?

Next year, I'll probably be taking classes through concurrent enrollment at an university, and one of the few classes that interest me is Physics for Scientists and Engineers. It requires Calculus as a prerequisite which I hope to satisfy through AP this year. But problem is that it's going to be the first physics course I'll take besides the small amount of mechanics in previous years and some electromagnetism in an IPC course.

I do feel like it would be alright to challenge myself, especially since it will be introductory in terms of Calculus unlike Physics 1 or Physics B AP in my school. And if I do survive it I'll probably be able to breeze through Physics when I have to take it. What do you think? Or maybe how much self-study in physics should I have during the summer before this course?

Noooooooooooooooooooooooo.

^reallllyyyyy??? i’m jumping into AP Physics C next year after a month of physics in summer school. is it really that bad? D:

^
Depends on your natural inclination towards math and calculus. Physics C is the application of Calculus BC.

I’ll be taking them at the same time, do you think that would work out?

If you are very determined, pour your heart into it, and do not procrastinate, then yes, anybody could!
