30-32 English
24-25 Math
28-30 Reading
21-23 Science (I hate Science)

<3

english 30-33
math 34-35
reading 28-32
science 23-29 (if I had 5 more minutes...)

I think I either maintained or raised my scores from last time:
32 (I may have upped this to a 34) English
25 (definately raised this. I'm guessing 28-ish) Math
35 (Heh, it may've gone up or down a point--that's one precious point)Reading
30(No idea. Probably the same) Science

Last time I got a 29 (31E, 29M, 22R, 32S).

I think overall I'm going to go up 1-2 pts to either a 30 or 31. These are my predictions:

32 or 31E: I thought the English was easy for me again like it was in April.
32 or 29M: I thought the Math was easier this time than in April so I think my score will go up, but at the very least stay the same.
27R: I definately did better than last time. I didn't have enough time to finish on the April test. The same thing happened to me on the June test, but I got a lot farther this time.
32S: I really have no clue on this one, I'm guessing that I'll stay the same, but I'm not that sure. I was kind of mad that I didn't finish the reading again, so I was going pretty fast through the science. I didn't think it was that hard though. I was able to attempt every question.

Can someone explain the curve?

English: 32 or 31
Math: 33
Reading: 28-29
Science: 31-33
Composite: 31-32

What are you guys basing your scores on? Can you post the curve you guys predict?

Everyone i talked to so far did really good.. so does that mean the curve is going to be steeeep?

Damn! (10char)

is it easier the second time you take it? do most ppl go up in scores?

It was easier for me because I knew what to expect. I kind of knew the times limits better meaning I knew how to better pace myself.

I based my score on the chart in the Princeton Review. I don't want to type out the whole chart, but if you tell me how many you think you got wrong on each section, I can predict your score.

Hey, what would my science score be if I got 6-7 wrong?

Thanks

It would be about 28. No problem.

I am hoping for at least a 28 composite score.

I am worried about that 1st reading passage.....

Ohhhhhhh man :'(..

Need to pace myself better next time.... I was slower on the real test compared to my practice tests :(

10th grade: (No Prep, No Calculator)

English: 32
Math: 29
Reading: 27
Science: 24
Composite: 28

This time (11th grade, no prep, but a calc this time)
Predictions:

English: 35-36
Math: 35-36
Reading: 26-28
Science 23-25
Composite: 30-31, 32 if I'm lucky.

*I realize how steep the curve is for 34+, but based on the two practice sections of math and english I did the night before the test, I missed none and finished ahead of time, and also finished ahead of time in the actual test. I think it's all the SAT prep I did. Reading and Science are fundamentally different for me in the ACT than anything in the SAT, so I didn't do as well.

33-35 English (35 last time)
33-36 Math (36 last time)
30-33 Reading (28 last time - Grr)
30-31 Science (30 last time)

I basically retested just to see if I could up reading score...if I didn't, I'll just send the last test.

Do they assign percentiles to the individual subsections? If so, what do you need to get a 90% on the science section?

That's exactly what happened to me on the reading section. I was able to finish when I practiced at home, but on the test day....:(:( I didn't even get a chance to read the last section.

Yes. Getting a 26 on the science will put you in the 90 percentile.
