Geddy that’s correct

i ust realized that i may have forgotten to answer one question… the one that geddyleerulez asked about oops

average worker it talked of how he worked for 115 or so hours just as others average workers do

^ok im convinced you are right about the EDISON one.
So far i have -4. What is that equivalent to?

well the reading curve is quite generous compared to the others and so i suppose it would be 33-34 which is still an exceptional score

I put prarie dogs on peripherie warn the others but I’m really unsure about the passage as I was in a rush.

ok then. Thanks. This is my first time with the ACT’s (about a month ago, i didn’t even know they existed lol) with fairly moderate amounts of prep. How much would i be able to improve my reading the second time?

sorry can’t help you there. this was my first time taking it too. I just approached this reading section as literal as possible.

Guys what was the awnser about the buffalos and the prarrie dogs “following” it gave 4 words that could be awnsers. I put came after or something like that. I thought that after the buffalos left an area the prarrie dogs came in. This may be the only question taking my 36 :(

Yup, I had the same thing. For me, I had to do 16 questions based on a passage, but my sister had 15 questions like you did. Mine was about an orange falling from a tree and hers was about some Indian tribe. I don’t think it will count towards the composite score; it’s most likely survey-related.

UVA - it was that they acted like them i think…idk tho…i thought either that or yours

UVA, it was came after. The Prarie Dog came followed the Bison/Buffalo.

Was the answer for the gotta get in shape one choice B? Because that’s what I put. I completely agree with what you guys are saying; I just don’t remember if I put that.

consolidated list anyone?

Consolidated list

Fire questions
urban development that revitalized downtown
William most important developer
to transport people to another place (not sure about this one)
sensory effect
Literally talking about the new construction

Prariedog Questoins
Dogs came after buffalo
prarie dogs react to danger depending on situation
stayed underground for a year question about young

Story teller questions
Smoke throughout store
Get in shape = he wanted to test out treats on kids

Edison
he wanted to be like average person
All except that he wanted to be wealthy
Scraps of paper

“urban development that revitalized downtown”

Don’t think that right. I remember something more along the lines of ritual of sorts.

I remember a question that asked about Edison punching the clock. I think the answer had something to do with long labor hours.

No, the second paragraph focused on how the people used to go to bed and the downtown turned into a “ghosttown” however with the new fire crap it was revitalized.
What about this one “to transport people to another place”. It was either that or something like take a hold on people or were those two different questions because I’m sure they could have been

I don’t think that the answer was “to transport people to another place” and the praire dog question about young was stay underground for a few months not a year.

I am almost certain that the Edison one was about the long hours like the rest of the working class. Wasn’t the question asking how he was like an American?
