any consensus on the larson question? first book or coauthored?

hm, does anyone remember the entire "image of football fans" sentence? and the other resopnses

Did you get 16a for the either the last or second to last math question? It asked for b in terms of a. I solved it by subtracting square root of A from the left side of the equation and adding it to the right side..and then the right side had the common term of square root a and i factored that out..and then squared both sides....haha wow that was confusing. sorry!

what was the answer for the Imaginary i question? 5 +/- something

ethanol had lower viscosity thus more flow

^5 +/- 3a, at least that's what i got

5+/- 3a is what i put and i got 2a for the last math question

hmm sounds like i guessed right for tht one.. how was i supposed to know what viscosity means??? lol

I think it was 5+/- 3ai?

yes 16a=b and 5 +/- 3ai

ethanol had more flow and i put "coauthored"

5 +/- 3ai, i was 100% with that one

last ? was 16a

the det matrices question... i think i got -ab - cd?
there was also a ? that asked what the 100th digit of the 1/7 decimal would be... i got 1 but wasn't sure

yes, i got 5 +/- 3a..and i said ethanol had "more flow" and i also said "coauthored"

Does anyone remember what letters the answers were for the last 3 math questions???

yeah i got 1, 16a, 5 +- 3ai, 6

it was +/- 3ai because it was square root of -9a squared, so square root of -9 and a squared is 3i and a... multiply them and u get 3ai

Yes! I put 16a..At first I got a different answer but I did it more carefully the second time and got 16a. I put "1" for the digit as well and i got -ab - cd

One of those trigonometry questions gave me trouble...

To akitta, I know exactly what you mean! Actually, I know what the term means, but had no clue what the # meant(what high and low meant). It's like knowing what ionization energy is but not knowing whether a high or low ionization energy is better(a lower one is because it takes less energy to pull the electron from the atom, but people would think that a higher one is better).

I'm not really discussing the actual test terms and questions, are we supposed to since there are people in Alaska and Hawaii who can come on here? Isn't there like a 2 day ban on CC? Then ACT(the organization) doesn't care.

RahoulVA
Ionization? there was no question like that

yay finally done...well i finally got home.

english-average, i missed what i usually miss.
math-easy except for some problems at the end.
reading-i have no idea what the first one was about...foam in the ocean...i bsed the whole thing, the rest was good, some tricky one
science was good expect that one that you had to identify the phase, you had to know it. i think guessed phase 3.

5+- 3ai and i got 4a but i rushed through that part and guessed.

i thing i got around 30 maybe better...or worse...we'll see.

geou: for that one, just use trig, it was worded very werid but it was simple.
