loss of zeal

I put chemical too, but now I think it's wind-power water mills

lol I think I left the Half Way Covenant one blank

btw are we allowed to discuss? are the Hawaiians done?

I'm not sure if we can discuss it...

what was the Monroe doctrine?

executive order?

Anyone else think these questions were more difficult/detailed/ambiguous than anything the AP test threw at us this year? Jeez. This test, followed directly by chem...my head almost exploded.

For the Monroe Doctrine--I said something like a "unilateral declaration of values." That was ANOTHER of the ambiguous ones.

monroe was the one with the unilateral

nice, i guessed on the monroe one and got it right.

what was the answer to the slavery chart?

Slavery increased - cotton stable

but cotton decreased :"(

At least three of the questions were incredibly ambigious.

CB had better curve well.

I'd say it was Susan B. Anthony because she was pro-black/ pro-civil rights. Women in that age didnt want to affiliate themselves with the abolition movement.

the occupation woman are most likely not to take part of during the 1930s?

The 50's questions.....it had something with TV and a victory garden?

I put Susan for that question too

About the chemical fertlization/wind mill one: here's what wiki says about wind mills in America:

"In the United States, the development of the water-pumping windmill was the major factor in allowing the farming and ranching of vast areas of North America, which were otherwise devoid of readily accessible water"

I put the chemical one, and I think it's right (it was an EXCEPT question, right?).

What did barbed wire do? (that was the one i picked)

edit: nvm i just looked it up

did u guys put iron plow for the tool that wasnt important in the late 19th century??

It was definitely chemical fertilizer.

what about my questions ........
