June 20009 SAT Inernational - Writing

I think I picked the “became” choice…I really don’t remember anymore haha

Hmm but the “south african government” wouldn’t be referred to as “he”…

^ Yeah, that’s what I was thinking at the time.

I was trying hard to find "no error"s. In the end I only had 1. Is this a common occurrence?

I think there were 2 or 3 no errors.
What about the improving paragraphs question asking which sentence must be removed ? I picked the one that contained ''which is an appropriate title for this essay ‘’ … Somehow this seemed absurd

Are you talking about the Shakespeare essay? I remember picking Sentence 11

Yes,I am sure I got at least 1 wrong on this essay.Damn ,I always finished with 0 error on practice tests on improving paragraphs

Yeah, I picked sentence 11 - the one that said “[certain people] are called [something]”.

I don’t remember exactly what they were talking about but it was completely irrelevant in that context. I had about 4 seconds at the end to answer that question!

ahaha I knew this was wrong.Hoping I have only 3-4 …

Yeah, the wrong one was the sentence which was about the Bardologists

hey guys what bout the apt title for the essay ? is it part of a good title or a partly good title ?? lol im so confused

I think it was partly a good title

why is it partly a good title? So it’s “somewhat” a good title? I thought it was “a part of a good title”

I think it was somewhat part of a good title. How come I only found one mistake. What were the other ones you guys got?

I thought the original sentence meant that the author thought it COULD be a good title and never mentioned how it could be a bad title lol so how is it “partly a good title”?

ya i chose “a part of a good title” too :)

hyahhaha THeeeeese improving ****ing paragraphs.I always hated theeeeeeem. And this Shekspeare was the hardest I have ever done
