does anyone know about fileing a complaint....also what happens to all teh people that left 49 blank...will they mark it correct?

me too!...what will h appen if tehy make a mistake,,,i left it blank

Can u post the problem? I want to know it to try.

yea worth thats what i said

Question 49 asked given y=-3x+12 and another line I can't remember, what is the area of the triangle formed.

49 was the one where they gave you an equation and said "If f(3)=f(k), what is a possible value of k," right?

Because if so, that didn't have the answer. It had something CLOSE, but not right.

No, that I got A. Definitely, I was most certainly the right answer. No again, it's the coordinate geometry question with the lines and the area it's enclosed.

well if 49 is the question that asked about the two lines forming a triangle with the y axis then i think that one did have an answer, u find the point of intersection, the x value is the height, base was 9, use the triangle formula to find the area, im not 100% sure though about what i got

Was the base 9? If I'm correct, the base would be 5.5, not 9. Does anyone remember the two equations?

for number 49 with the two lines and the area of the triangle i got 8.1 as the area....
because u had to do...9(1.8)/2

im sure it was 9 cuz one had a y intercept of 12 and the other had a y intercept of 3

distance was 45 not 50
it was 3 to -8 then to 19 then down 7
11+ 27+7=45

the base was most certaintly 5.5, and i think the height was 6.6. however, 18.2 was not an answer. i think i put the closest one.

yeah i think thats wat i got too asparo, it sounds really familiar

no because the points of intersection of both lines were (0,3) and (0,12), so the base was 9

im 90% positive the answer to 49 was 8.1...anyway, does anyone remember the question with the sin squared and cos squared....i got 15 as an answer

I definitely remember doing what DH9800 did. Except, I left it blank. Equations anyone?

swatman 19-7 is 12 not 7, so its 11+27+12=50

yeah that sin^2+cos^2 was 15

those are y intercepts, we need the x intercepts.
