Maryland was the one tht DID not leave the Union, right?

demeter i got the same thing.

I'm pretty sure the small farmers > wealthy plantations statement was true.

thts what i put as well

quote on city upon hill = john winthrop
taft-hardy act = something on labor choices C D or E (i forgot)
Advantage of Confederates = defensive war

lets compile.

Nixon not Reagon => Communist China

Wait. I put John Winthrop for "city upon a hill" because wasn't that the whole Puritan ideology?

For the rev. war depreciation one, I had more power to borrow from foreign nations, but I guess that's wrong..

State that didn't secede was arkansas, but I put tennessee, damn that's wrong too.

the quote of "city upon a hill" was definitely john winthrop
emory i agree with the other ones.

does anybody remember the one with the new england map of the fields? something like what can be inferred from this map?

It was indeed.

I said it showed how the Puritan social unity was the town instead of the isolated farm. Since all the lots were around the commons.

Wouldn't it -not- be speculators, because the depreciation of money meant that speculators could buy more bonds from impoverished people and then redeem them later at a higher price?

I put speculators because given that they have bought bonds/land before the depreciation, when they finally sold their bonds the profit reguarding actual buying power would be reduced.

boo few more incorrects and im really going to cancel

okay demeter i put that too.

Person that did not run against FDR?

I didn't get that FDR question... At least, I don't think I did. Not all the tests are the same ,right?

the picture with women working the factory = new labor movement i put that

No, never mind. You're talking about the person who opposed FDR's New Deal legislation, right?

William Jennings Bryan.

on that one but i know it was not father Coughlin

The person that did not have a conflict with FDR was William Jennings Bryan- (He died in the 20's after the scopes trial)- and im still on the fence between speculator and the other choice for that depreciation question.

And the one with the women was new factory system, not new labor movement. Unions had nothing to do with that picture, it was just women set up working in an efficient manner that was characterized by the new factory approach of the early 1800's.

Well, whatever the answer is, Charchazwick, it sounds like you did really well. (:

yea you nerd
