Hey guys...
What kinds of vocabulary words did you find on the test?

bumpidy bump bump...

anyone...
anyone at all???

sorry calculus... I really don't remember.

Calculus,

What exactly do you mean by "what kinds of words"?

Visit the following website:
La Guinguette- Le Journal

I think it will give you a good idea of what you can expect for some of th reading passages. I wish I had known about that website earlier. It is great for reading practice.

the vocabulary on the test is actually pretty hard. i've lived in France for one and a half year, and i didn't know quite a few words.

do you guys remember that vocab question that was like "(blank) entre les maisons" and the choices were like "la course, la concurrence, la concours"? what was the answer for that?

For the advertisement question, I said that everything was included in the price, however it didn't state anywhere on the ad that the trip was "demi-pension" or anything. It only said "transport inclus". That's the only question I'm worried about, everything else was right.

To the person above, the answer was "concurrence".

alright, thanks
also there was one that was like "je passe toute ma journee (blank) some infinitive" and we had to choose between insert nothing, par, de, or a. what was the answer for that one?

Out of curiosity, what is the general curve (for an 800) on the French exams?

If I'm not mistaken, -10 will still get you an 800.

mike77, I don't remember that question, but the answer would have to be 'a' (with an accent grave).

Thanks.

And rainb is right. There was also another vocab question about border guards or something...

yeah for the border guards one, im pretty sure the answer was "la douanier" which means the customs officer, cause that made sense in the context
