What did you guys think? What questions stumped you?
I think the test was relatively easy except a few questions in the 40s.

I omitted two and probably got about two wrong...I didn't prepare at all so I was glad that there was nothing that I just completely did not know...the one with the lightswitches got me...I hate those kinds of problems...

I think I got like a 710

The questions that I omitted:
1. Length of the two connecting circles (radius 2 and 3)
2. Silver cube question concerning how expensive (#49)
3. The "i" question..it was just an algebraic expression

errr I omitted them because I ran out of time, I'm not sure if I knew how to actually do them or not. Other than that, I think i did well.

what did people get for the following questions?

light switch

rope (cut into pieces)

rectangle inscribed in cricle with radius 1

distance between P and Q on the circle one with radius 2 and three (mentioned ^^^)

i think 16? but thats wrong

112 (pretty sure thats right)

2 (also pretty sure)

I guessed 5...it made sense in my head

I got 16 for the light switches. I got 112 for the ropes. I didn't get two and I didn't get 5..errr

yeah, what was the answer to the circle one? I was SO confused

light switch
4! = 24 (or if it is 12, why?)

rope (cut into pieces)
whatver the biggest choice was. I think it is like 32 * the unit length

rectangle inscribed in cricle with radius 1
2

distance between P and Q on the circle one with radius 2 and three (mentioned ^^^)
4.9

how was the circle one 4.9?

and i thought the light switch one was 16...

The light switch was 16

4 switches

2 possibilities for each

2 X 2 X 2 X 2

16

Also for the area of the rectangle inscribed in the circle i got 2 ??? Anyone else

Does anyone else remember some other questions?

wasn't rope 56?

what about the which is a function of y
I put II, III

yeah thats good, because ppl were saying it wasnt 16, and that confused me... well i hate timed tests.. so i only answered 46 of em, guessing on one of em, and leaving the other 4 blank... hopefully getting around 43-45/50 is still a 700 something

Rope was 112.

First off only 2 of the numbers were divisible by 2 and by doing so that got 3.5.

Those were 56 and 112. I just picked 112 because i assumed that 56 was too small for 31 cuts.

For the function one - i put III only but i think i got it wrong since i wasn't using the right method.

Yes, i just did it - 112 should be correct.

cool, thats like 2 wrnog for me right there w/ 3 skips...

Remember any more problems anyone?

im hoping the two tangent circles question is 5 as the length b/w those two points
it looked like it was the combined radii of both two

idk why i feel like every question had a chance of making a retarded mistake easily

what was the answer to the one with k? i skipped it

oh yeah, i think i remember, that one was so annoying.. like which one was the only REAL number for all values

but if you plug in any value, they all conclude to be real, but i frgt what i put
