For the second question or so, was it glisse?

thats what i put… what the hell were the passages talking about haha

is it “raconter a.” for that one question that had something like “nous — avons raconte” should the blank be “lui” ?

and yeah, it was glisse

i wish this thread were like the us history one! lol

Yeah haha. I’m planning on taking this test eventually… Could people who’ve taken it before give their opinion on the difficulty level? And what level of French classes are you at? :)

i just finished french III honors this year. i’ve placed top 4, and top 5 in french II and III honors respectively (french national competition (grand concour)), yet still i foudn the test harder than the history one!!! i consider french to be my strongest subject though!! but i dint study, so i definitely advise study lol. i would ssay its helpful to know which verbs take direct and indirect pronouns. also, know when to use subjunctive. and i hate questons that require you know when to youse en, a, dans, sur, and such (such as in “etc.” lol)!!! also, make sure you’re vocab is “up to date” or w/e. it’ll help a lot on the readings.

glisser is def right, and i put nous l’avons raconte… i had a nagging feeling that it wasn’t raconter a so i put that

it was definitely nous lui avons raconte becasue there was already a direct object following raconter. So, the person who they were talking to was the indirect object and so lui was necessary. At least that’s what I think. I hope I didn’t make that up.

i dont remember there being a direct object, but i could be wrong, but i would assume you’d remember it b/c it’d have to be after nous…

ok it wasnt brutal at all. i took the one in january and that was BRUTAL :kill-me:
its definetley lui racontre. i googled it XD

i took the may one and thought june’s vocab and grammar was much harder but the reading was a lot easier…

i didn’t understand that reading part with parcs de luxembourg and some queen. :S can someone explain me this one?
the one about togo, it was about a business trip or…?
on all my practice test i took by now i didnt know all the words in part a and on this one i knew 95%. i was even thinking: ‘‘dude is this some joke or just my luck day’’
ok i wont be to confident because i’ll get disappointed when i get the scores.

I was totally blown about this whole test. The vocabulary was easy but those reading passages??? WHAT THE F!

Plus I was so pressed for time and frustrated, I ended up skipping 18.
-facepalm-

its ok…on the may test i skipped 26 and got a 640

I AM DEBATING WHETHER OR NOT TO TAKE THE FRENCH SAT…

would you say it’s similar to le grand concours (national french exam)?? i would think the SAT is harder…
