i have this crazy feeling -1 on math would still be 800.

No chance. It wasn’t that hard at all.

Then again, that would be awesome! :p

Awesome but pretty unlikely. D:

I actually found the June math to be harder than both the March and May SAT’s math.

well if it was true then i would be pretty ecstatic. ill just stay optimistic haha

I really do hope the CR curve will be that generous.

So sorry, I’m stupid so I can’t figure this out on my own, but what would I get with a raw score of 45 in Writing and a 10 essay?

possibly a little over 710

actually i believe the curves of all the subjects will be generous.

Well, crap. I wanted higher than 730. Ugh…

I think the CR curve is too kind.

I think the CR curve is kind enough–the SC’s were very tricky and a couple of passages were weird.

What would a 10 essay/47MC get for writing? How about 10 essay/48MC?

I don’t think it’s too kind. The vocabulary was the hardest I’ve ever seen, and the passages weren’t exactly easy.

yeah the vocabs werent even in the Direct Hits book that everyone extolled of
as for the passages they were decent though tougher than the passages found in the three new test in the blue book.

True. I think I missed 3-5. Hopefully I’ll get at least ~730-750. I’ve always been a poor reader so that would be a victory in my book.

math i agree with the TS except i think that 52 will be a 760.
writing i feel that -1 can still be an 800. and for reading i think up to -4 will be a 800 because the vocab seemed a little harder than usual…

I don’t think there will be a curve for writing at all. It’s the easiest I’ve ever seen it. The CR was KILLER though (even though all of the vocab was on Sparknotes’ top 250 SAT words) so it will probably have the greatest curve. I hope that there is a math curve but I don’t think there will be…

I thought CR was really easy except for vocab. I know I got at least two vocab questions wrong. I think overall though if I didn’t make careless mistakes I could have a very high 700s score on that. :D

Writing was ehhh…there were definitely a few hard, but not as hard as I saw in March. & I felt the essay was pretty straightforward and easy to come up with good examples.

Math was hard for me but I think that’s just because I psyched myself out major time. D: Definitely retaking, I already know I did miserably. I’m talking low to mid 600s. :frowning: :(

Let’s make a writing/essay matrix.
