Math II - 660 (skipped 8 questions bc my calculator had died)
US Hist - 650 (took it freshman year, going into senior year this fall)
World Hist - 510 (FAIL! took european history this year; thought I could manage)

overall, pleasantly surprised with my scores

I’m VERY happy with Chem, since the curve is harsher, pleasantly surprised about USH (I was expecting less than 700 since I hated that class), and kinda sad about math–I know I can do better. Maybe I shouldn’t have taken 3 tests in one day, after all…

Oh, well. I can’t retake any of these, since I want to retake the actual SAT in October, so I’ll have to live with my math score.

800 - Math II
740 - Chem
730 - Physics
Glad about maths but wanted 750+ for a science, need to decide which one to retake so I can focus all my attention on it…

I’m pretty satisfied, but to be honest, you guys on here obsessing on not geting 800’s are harhsing my mellow and making me feel horrible about my scores. Whatever. I’m shocked at my world history score being so high, especially since I guessed on a lot rather than omit since I honestly don’t like not answering questions. Same with Latin, but I expected a higher score. I’ll retake Latin SAT II after Latin 4 next year since I know I’ll do better with the prose-reading and ellision questions. I feel I have just enough room to improve to at least 770/780, though aiming for 800, since I love Latin and am a total nerd for it. I even had fun taking the Latin SAT II, I’ll be honest. haha. I’ll be taking US hist/Math II/Latin next june probably, but I’m worried for Math since I have really weak logic skills (is it like SAT I type math, or straightforward questions?) I can do straightforward questions perfetcly but would struggle with logic questions. Sorry for writing so much, but I just joined!

Anyone else take the Latin SAT? I feel like I have no standard of comparison. Maybe the curve wasn’t generous since the test was pretty easy IMO, and most questions were from early Latin 3 and before.

@interficio: I also took the Latin SAT II (first subject test!) and received the same score. I found parts – surprisingly not the reading – difficult, but I should have left more blank. I only omitted three. Had I omitted seven or eight, I may have gotten a 780/790. Regardless, I’m fine with the score, since the Latin test is known to be difficult. I probably won’t retake it.

Wow, you guys make me look ridiculously dumb. I think I did terrible. Will this ruin my chances of getting into Boston U? Should I take the ACT?

Spanish w/o Listening: 770 [basically did this in AP Spanish all year]
U.S. History: 710 [skipped very few…probably guessed too much]
Math II: 570 [finished about half]

I definitely don’t follow the generic Asian aptitude for math…

^I thought I could maybe do better in Math I than Math II. Does anyone have an answer to my question? Some of the schools I’m applying to require that you submit all scores so are my math scores going to hurt me?

OMG!!! IS EVERYONE ON CC A FREAKIN GENUIS??? UR ALL GETTING 800S NON-STOP, AND ANYONE WITH BELOW A 780 SAYS THEYRE ****ED OFF?! now i feel like an idiot-is a 700 rlly not good enough for like NYU of wtvr, do i rlly need an 800??
