Lmao, I would’ve fainted as well.

How do you find out the essay score?

Anyways,
CR: 680
M: 700
W: 760

Not too happy because I feel like I can definitely do better on the CR/M. Happy with W though, I got a 600 last time.

580 CR
800 M
660 W
I’m done now what up nerdz

It should say right underneath your Writing score. If it’s not there, then check back in a few days.

well they certainly have the worst website ever
It appears that, since I didn’t put my registration code in the first time updating my info, I am now locked out from ever inputting a new one
GUESS I GOTTA WAIT FOR MY SCORES IN THE MAIL

2300

780 CR
800 M
720 W

2320 with 800 cr score from before. I can’t decide if I should retake for a 800 W

I’m having mixed feelings here right now. I got
800 W
680 M
680 CR
the 800 on writing is awesome, but I was expecting a mid 700’s to 800 on math, as well as at leas breaking 700 for CR. What went wrong? I’ve had a little worry in the back of my head since I took the test; you know how sometimes your bubbles transfer over to another page when you fold the answer sheet over? That happened to me, and since I was the first person in the first row, the person giving the test took my booklet first, not giving me a chance to erase my stray marks. Do you think this could have affected my score? gahh

CR - 620
M - 620
W - 650 - 11 Essay

HUGE improvement from my first scores, I’m planning to apply to Purdue engineering, Penn State engineering and possibly some other schools. Should I retake?

^Yes you should. I know you can break the 2000 mark :D.

Critical Reading 610
Math 550
Writing 630 (Essay:8)
1790

Up from March:
Reading 600
Math 550
Writing 580 (Essay: 6)
1730

Went up 60 points and got a better score on the essay so I guess I’m kind of happy. Need to retake in October after I take Algebra 2 this summer.
Do you think that will help my Math score?

First time - 2010. No studying, never even looked at the format.

This time - only about a week of studying beforehand.

CR 730
M 710
WR 710
(MC 70, Essay 9)

Total - 2150 (exactly what I predicted, ironically)

My question is this: although a 2150 is a very good score, and I have improved in every section, I’m not totally satisfied with my scores. If I plan on applying to a few Ivys and other schools such as WUSTL, should I retake? Or is 2150 enough for a person who is somewhat weak in ECs/work experience? Thanks.

If I retake, I’ll be studying well in advance (like most of the people on CC who get 2300+).

Fledgling, I had no idea you were a girl haha.

So -1 mc and 10 essay was an 800 on writing… writing had a very good curve, -1 was 79… What was the CR curve for the American test?

Ugh…I’m so mad. I did so…average.

CR-630
M-490
W-650 with a 10 essay

1770

The math section just killed me. But math is my worst subject in school as well. I thought I did better in the CR section and I definitely thought I did better in the writing section. This was my first time taking it but still, I’m so mad.

Critical reading: 730
Math: 690
Writing: 730 (760 MC, 8 E)

Congrats to all that are happy with their scores.

Not many people posted scores… And there’s was only one 2400, which is pretty low for CC.

^Don’t forget my 2440.

2050/1370

670 Critical Reading
690 Math
690 Writing (8 on the essay)

It seems good for the school I’m applying to (University of Rochester), but should I retake to try and break the 700s? The 690s frustrate the crap out of me.

would you guys recommended me retaking the SAT? i got a 2280, and i feel that i could get a higher score, but is it necessary? (the most selective school i’m applying to is Cornell, i think)
