Hopes: 2400 (lol let a man dream)
Realistic:
M 800 (should be fine as long as theres no stupid mistakes)
CR 700 (we will see…)
W 750 (as long as the essay prompt isn’t completely out ball park)

I’m hoping for an 1800. :/

Do you think my scores are good for a sophomore?

(Princeton Review SAT Practice Test)

Math: 740
Writing: 760
CR: 650

I’m trying to improve my CR by studying up on vocabulary and doing drills. Three of my four math were stupid mistakes (filled in the wrong bubble on the grid-in - uggh).

My goals are:

Math: 800
CR: 750
Writing: 780

I have a notion that this will be an easier test…

There’s a freshman at my school who’s registered to take the SAT this June. On the Practice Test from Princeton Review, he scored a 1920! Wow! That should be encouragement to everyone. As long as you try your best, you can achieve wonders.

@RainbowSprinkles - I really don’t want to be the one to tell you this, but Barrons are a little easier than the real SAT. If you want to prepare well, take CollegeBoard’s or Princeton Review’s tests. Or if you want to overkill, take McGraw Hill’s. I got a 2220 on College Boards, and a 2150 on Princeton Review’s, but only a 1810 on McGraw Hill’s. MGH is unrealistic, but helpful for preparation.

770-800 M depending on how many “stupid” mistakes I make
720-760 CR
800 W

I am expecting:

800 Math
650 Critical Reading
800 Writing

FYI–I am a senior taking the SAT for the last time because I want to transfer colleges and many still look at your SAT scores and your high school record in addition to 1-2 years of college. Just want you guys to know that if you are not satisfied with the college you decide to attend come college acceptance/decision season (in the spring of your senior year), you still have options to apply to transfer to a better one after 2-3 semesters of college! You don’t want to be in my position though. Although my SAT score didn’t hold me back, I am taking it again just because I can improve.

I just want to point out that i tend to always score short of my expectations by like… 20 points. So what i would suggest is that you try to set your bar high.

For example, if you are trying to a 2400, pretend the test is out of 2600 and aim for a 2600. I know that sounds weird but then u will discipline yourself much better in terms of studying.

Ok , the Writing and the math sections were a piece of cake .But the critical reading was hard. And as for the essay I think i’ll barely get a 9.

T_T

Math: 800
Writing: 750-800
Critical Reading: 650-700 (Couldn’t care less about this, already got a 700+ score on previous test)

Total: 2200-2300 (2300+ Super-score)

I forgot how long the SAT really is… Anyway, I’m hoping I got:
CR-780
W-720
M-800
Pretty sure I didn’t miss anything on math, but may have done something stupid. 2300 would be sweet, though. Previous scores were: M-760, CR-750, and W-660 (stupid 8…).

CR - 650
W - 750
M - 620

I just hope I break 2000

The math hit me really hard. English sections I breezed through.

Hopefully:

CR: 770-800
W: 750-780
M: 620-650

PROBABLY:

CR: 720-750
W: 700-730
M: 580-620

Best case scenario:
Math: 800
Reading(-1 confirmed): 800
Writing (-2 confirmed) with 10 essay: 770.

Total: 2370

Realistically:
Math(-1) = 760
Reading (-5) = 750
Writing(-3) with 9 essay = 740

Total: 2250

According to what I’ve been reading here:

M: 800 (crossing my fingers for no stupid mistake on an easy one)
CR: 760-800 (-3)
W: 760-790 (-2, E11; same thing I got in October, and I ended up with a 790)

Somewhere between 2320 and 2390. Hopefully.

According to the consolidated answers, I have -0 on both M and W so far, and -2 on CR. So that puts me at a solid 2400 unless I get something else wrong XD Though I think that 3rd mistake is most likely going to be in CR. I don’t think I really made any mistakes on either Math or Writing…

I’m expecting an 800 W. No answers wrong so far. Stupid mistakes on the math and the cruelty of the vocabulary have me at low 700s for M and CR, maybe a 730 and 710 respectively. I’m hoping I’ll crack a 2200.

Hoped for a 1900
probably got
CR :: 620
M :: 580
W :: 600

Better do better in Oct .

0 so far on math, 3ish so far on cr and writing. With a decent essay (hopefully 10 or better), I think I can get into the 2300’s. Hopefully. What would the score be about with that?

I’m guessing:
660-720 CR
690-740 M
700-770 W

Still have a 2400, though I certainly won’t be disappointed if it’s even a tad lower. I wasn’t expecting to get a perfect score anyway. In fact, I’m not sure how I’d react if I did wind up with a 2400 :o

Over 1800, lol.
I got a 1730 in March.
