The reading and science sections are by far the most time intensive sections. For the science section, minimize your reading. Try completing sections without reading anything, only looking for key words (that are usually italicized) to help you find information. Out of the seven passages for the science section, avoid the conflicting viewpoints passage and come back to it at the end.
Also, students typically hate to do this, but it is all right to go with your hunches on the science section. Very few people will be able to answer questions feeling 100% confident, but the test is designed that way.
As for reading, practice reading a passage in one go and never looking back. Learn to identify main idea/purpose, and underline important details as you go to minimize time spent looking back through the passage.
