<p>@SpaceBound, it’s 15+ because they were adding the same amount of heat to half the amount of water. Obviously this means the temperature change of the 200mL of water would be much higher (less water = easier to heat). The temperature change for 400mL was at or barely below 15, so with 200mL it would be 15+.</p>
