June International SAT done!!

THATS EXACTLY MY POINT OMG
I need more people to agree/disagree
But yea the reason was “weird” too
What about vocab answers? Does anybody remember any?

And I don’t guess it’ll permanently affect you, I’ve totally no experience in that but convince them that you didn’t do it on purpose.

@lwxted
Sure? :/

Did you have 4 critical reading sections thought? There was an actual image of a rabbit that could also be seen as a duck (or the other way round). Im worried because I could probably have put more effort into the 23 question critical reading, but I found it quite easy (atleast I think). The 23 question one was about the relationship between the narrator and her mother and it happens during the narrator’s aunts are there for lunch/tea. The mother and narrator talk in the kitchen while making chapati bread. Does that ring any bells?

I was hard for me :frowning: I didn’t have enough time for CR and I didn’t know many words that were important to answer the questions. May’s exam was so easy…

I had an experimental on Writing and I had the CR with the mother.

@tigerSteps
NOOOOOO. that’s not good news for me!

And I think I chose “Although far more skilled a politician”, if that was the first option.
I also wonder what was the correct answer for music teachers advice, I chose “do practice”.

I had an experimental wr section but I soon realized what section is experimental part. The improving passage of the experimental section was so confused. Unfortunately, the experimental section came before the real one.
Anyway, anyone knows the correct answer for “music teachers advice”? I choose “you practice” but not so sure.

It was “you practice”. Took me a while to figure that out, but I’m positive.
I had an experimental CR.

I believe it was “you practice” and “Although more skilled”

Anybody talk about the terrible CR?

I got owned on about 3-4 counts by the sentence completions on CR. I narrowed down the choices to two for all of them, but guessed the wrong answer for all four! That’s a probability of 0.0625, which is f***ing unlucky.

I usually do well on the passage stuff. The substance of my essay was alright I guess, but I only filled up 1.5pgs.

dubyawhy, would you share your answers for the sentence completions? I messed up on those too and don’t even remember the words to check on the dictionary.

What about a “herald” one, the individualist…

I chose the one with “herald” and it is wrong if I understand correctly?

@TigerSteps
I chose herald as well, hope it’s not wrong.
I don’t know what else to choose except that one…
Perhaps it’s just because there are rest of words I don’t know

Well, I looked to the dictionary and it says it is “To introduce, or give tidings of, as by a herald; to proclaim; to announce; to foretell; to usher in”, so was it so in the sentence? I thought it should be something about “to praise”.

herald…idiosyncrasy is right.
I think I did really well, just a little worried about the essay because I used two literary examples and I didn’t have time to read over it thoroughly.

@retrohippo
Are you sure; it would be great if it is right.

What about the word in context of the dual-long passage? The “genuine”. Does anyone remember it?

There was a sentence about a conflict that reached “something” (the word to insert) because the consensus was inconceivable. I chose a word that I cannot remember and saw for the first time.
