<p>Yeah. Let’s say you missed one question. You start with a raw score of 85, lose 1 for not having the right answer, and lose another 1/4 because of the guessing penalty. </p>
<p>If you only omitted one question, you still start with a raw score of 85 and lose 1 for not having the right answer.</p>
<p>Better way to look at SAT scoring is to subtract (1/4 x # wrong) from the number of questions you answered correctly.</p>

<p>I’m dying to find out my score. Can’t wait any longer! I’m gonna be preoccupied with finals until Wednesday (chemistry final), so that will help. I also just go my Irig in the mail, and it is freaking awesome. I’m getting sounds I’ve never gotten before on my marshall amp, so that’ll keep my mind off it too. 5 days 2 hours and 20 minutes, the countdown begins.</p>

<p>@IceyVeins I’m sorry to hear that. Did you omit anything? You can retake it next year; the earliest test date is October 1, 2011. Don’t worry, I’m in the same boat for Math II…sigh.</p>
<p>Congrats to everyone who did get what they wanted, and cookies w/ milk for everyone who is depressed from an unexpectedly low score.</p>
