dood. on the westcoast they are in the rooms now.

38 was the question with function f and g and it asked you to solve for r. Don’t really remember the details because it made no sense to me.

38 was asking when does f(x)=r, if f(x)=g(x)(x-2)+r. The answer was f(2), because f(2)=g(2)(2-2)+r=g(2)(0)+r=r

was that b?

I’m pretty sure it was E, not positive.

Anyone think a raw score of 44 could be an 800?

was it e??!? for the f(2) one??

@ xAlex: it’s possible, but it would be borderline.

Maybe it wasn’t, I’m not entirely sure which letter.

what was the 180 n^k?

@l0issangel - It was 30, because 30^2=900, and 900/180=5.

wait a few hours. seriously. some people have yet to take it.

if you skip 5 can you still get an 800 (if everything else is right)?

guys lets wait a few hours, ppl are still taking it and if they check this thread, it’ll decrease the curve and lower the scores of everyone here soo… does anyone know how long to wait?

Wahh!
Was I the only one who thought it was difficult?!
I skipped like 10 of the questions!

Ivycraze, I don’t think the curve doesn’t depend on the scores of test takers. I’m pretty sure it’s predetermined. But I agree we should wait an hour before talking about answers.

Anyway, I thought the first 20 questions on the test took a really long time, and I was 30 minutes in before finishing them. But the last 30 I could get through fairly quickly, and I ended up finishing a minute early. Anyone else agree?

No, I’m pretty sure it depends on everyone’s scores, or else 1) It wouldn’t take so long to send back the scores and 2) They wouldn’t be called scaled scores.

Also, every question except #38 was cake; easiest 800 ever.

I took the test on the east coast but we didnt start till it was 9:30 due to the incompetent proctor. She started by reading the sat 1 instructions and people were able to talk on the phone up to a few minutes before the test. Horrible experience at the test but I’d like to emphasize not discussing till we are sure everyone has started.

Anyone else find it a little more difficult than the blue book?

@problematical I seriously thought we had been in the same room but then I realized you’re on the east coast. That’s exactly what my proctor did.
As for the test, I omitted 4, probably around 3 or more wrong. I’ll likely take it again.
