Junior AP's

As a junior, I will have the choice to take the following AP courses: AP English Lit, AP Calc AB/BC, AP Chem, AP US History

I am good at all of these subjects, but I am down to two possibilities that i cant decide between:
1. AP Calc BC and AP Chem
2. AP Calc AB, AP Lit, APUSH

The reason I cannot take three AP's in the first possibility is that my school has an annoying rule that if you take a science AP, you can take only one other AP. I dont really want to take AP Chem even though I am pretty good at chemistry, but I was wondering if it is better to take more science/humanities AP's for a premed program (which is why I am considering AP Chem). I already took AP Euro and AP Bio. Which courses should I take/are more useful?

Thoughts? thanks!

Well, from my personal experience, APUSH is a great course and I had a lot of fun in it, even though i dread history. I am in calc bc right now and honestly, it seems very easy. Same for AP Lit, the first quarter of AP Lit in my school is basically college essays LOL. But I am also interested in doing pre med, as you are, and I believe you should go with Calc BC and Chem. The reason I say this is because by then end of high school, I will be done with 9, YES 9 science classes, and I have talked to a couple of college admission heads and they told me that knowing what you want to major in before college and choosing classes accordingly in high school will give you a better chance of making it. Not only does it make you a better candidate for the college, but it also makes you more prepared for the college version of these AP courses. I have also heard that even if you take an AP in humanities or social sciences they will not give you bad ratings if they see your grades arent perfect. I hope this helps!

I would say ap calc BC and Ap chem because you would wast your time in ap calc AB.

I hear that APUSH is hard, but there isn’t an easy AP course.

I think that you should drive around AP Calculus AB, and skip to BC. Calculus AB is 60% of what is in BC, so that extra 40% is worth it!

I can’t even take precalc…
