Junior, Average Student, Chances?

Unlike the vast majority of people on these boards I'm not some model student laboring over Ivy League acceptance. I'm an average student simply wishing to see where I stand.

I'm a white(Portuguese) High School junior at a competitive public school in MA.

Basics

Class Rank: uncalculated, but within the top 20 percent for sure. Class size ~ 300.
GPA: once again, uncalculated, probably ~ 3.4 ... maybe?
PSAT: 198

Since I don't really know my rank or GPA I'll list my classes and their final grade.

-UVM

I have a strong family history at a few colleges listed above, but I want to see if I can get into any of them without you knowing that =p

I would say that you are infact, a better then avg student.
If you can get those SAT's up a bit, I would say this is where you stand

BU- Match
Colby- Slight reach
BC- Slight reach
Hamilton- Match/slight reach
Hampshire- Not sure =(
Stonehill- Again, not familiar with the school
Fairfield- saftey
Syracuse-saftey

Thanks! That's where I figured I would stand. And I said 'average student' relative to this board, so many people on here have such amazing qualifications, it's quite daunting.

Anyone else care to rate? I'll rate back.

why do people post these stupid what are my chances threads. no body on this forum can accurately predict whether or not you'll get accepted to a particular university. These are just average Joes not admissions experts. So stop wasting your time .I know it boosts your confidence if your told you can get in . Just apply and see what happens

I understand that nobody can acurrately predict whether I'll get accepted or not...that's just plain common sense. I'm simply looking for the insight of others who have experience with college applications or are applying themselves.
