<p>For your early decisions, I’m not too sure about Northwestern because they are supposed to be very selective, yet unpredictable in their acceptances.</p>

<p>I feel if you ED to UPenn you will have an excellent chance at getting in. Your GPA and standardized test scores are great.</p>
